§ 95102. Community Benefits Plan.

(a)

Each hospital shall submit their Community Benefits Plan with the Department in accordance with Health and Safety Code section 127350. Additionally, the Community Benefits Plan shall comply with the following requirements:

(1)

Each Community Benefits Plan shall be submitted by uploading Portable Document Format (.pdf) file.

(2)

Documents submitted should not be scanned versions or images of paper documents. Documents shall be submitted in machine-readable format in accordance with Government Code section 11546.7.
