§ 90957. Ministerial Projects. Projects exempted from the requirements of Health and Safety Code Sections 438 to 438.13, are ministerial projects with respect to the certificate of need and certificate of exemption processes. No negative declaration, EIR, or finding that the project is categorically exempt shall be necessary in order for the Office to act on such projects.
