§ 60301.175. Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook. “Cross-Connection Control Policy Handbook” or “CCCPH” means standards for backflow protection and cross-connection control contained in a policy handbook adopted by the State Board pursuant to section 116407 of the Health and Safety Code on December 19, 2023, and effective July 1, 2024, which is hereby incorporated by reference.
