§ 60098. Monitoring and Reporting Requirements. The phrase “The monitoring and reporting requirements as specified in regulations adopted by the department that pertain to maximum contaminant levels” as used in Health and Safety Code section 116275, subdivision (c)(3) includes, but is not limited to, the requirements of Articles 18 and 20 of Chapter 15, Title 22, California Code of Regulations.
