§ 53856. Facilities, Service Locations, and Equipment. Each plan in a designated region shall comply with the requirements contained in section 53230, and shall assure proper sterilization and disinfection of equipment, in accordance with California Occupational Safety and Health Administration (CAL/OSHA) standards, pursuant to California Labor Code, section 6305 or any other applicable federal, state or local standard.
