§ 51236. Radiological and Radioisotope Services. Diagnostic and therapeutic radiological and radioisotope services shall only be provided pursuant to the registration or licensing provisions of Chapter 5, subchapters 4, and 4.5 of Title 17, California Administrative Code, or with similar registration or licensing provisions of a similar agency of the state in which the service is rendered.
