§ 51182. Personal Representative. For purposes of Section 51204 and 51350, “personal representative” means the duly appointed guardian or conservator of the individual or a person representing the individual provided that it can be established with reasonable certainty through forms, documents or correspondence that such person is authorized to represent the individual.
