Intermediate Care Facility for the Developmentally Disabled.

(a)

Meets the provisions of Section 76079 of Title 22 of the California Administrative Code, and

(b)

Has as its primary purposes, the furnishing of health 24-hour developmental, training and habilitative, and supportive health services to persons with a developmental disability as defined in Welfare and Institutions Code Section 4512.
