Human Reproductive Sterilization.

(a)

Human reproductive sterilization means any medical treatment, procedure or operation, for the purpose of rendering an individual permanently incapable of reproducing.

(b)

In this section, and in Sections 51305.1 through 51305.6, “sterilization” means human reproductive sterilization.
