§ 4504-4. Decision. The state hearing officer shall prepare a proposed decision and shall submit it to the EDD Director for adoption or rejection in whole or in part. The decision of the EDD Director shall be issued within 60 days from the completion of the hearing and the submission of briefs and shall be the final administrative decision regarding sanctions issued by the EDD.
