§ 41760. Bone Marrow Transplantation for Cancer. Bone marrow transplantation for treatment of cancer in a CCS eligible child is reimbursable by CCS when the procedure has prior written approval by the CCS medical consultant in a county which, in the most recent U.S. Bureau of the Census decennial census, had a population not more than 600,000. In all other counties prior written approval by the State CCS medical consultant is required, and it shall be attached to the county's quarterly invoice to the State.
