§ 41510.4. Confidential Nature. All information as to personal facts and circumstances obtained by the state or local staff administering the program shall constitute privileged communication, shall be held confidential and shall not be divulged without the individual's consent except as may be necessary to provide services to individual mothers and children, except when that information may be disclosed in summary, statistical, or other form which does not identify individuals.
