§ 41452. Medically Necessary Benefits. “Medically necessary benefits” are those services, equipment, tests, and drugs which are required to meet the medical needs of the client's CCS-eligible medical condition as prescribed, ordered, or requested by a CCS physician and which are approved within the scope of benefits provided by the CCS program.
