§ 41327. Conditions for First Admission Not Fulfilled. Any pupil admitted conditionally who fails to obtain the required tuberculosis examination within the time periods specified in Section 41315 shall be excluded from school, unless the pupil is exempt for personal beliefs, until the pupil provides written evidence that he or she has received the required tuberculosis examination.
