§ 41102. Bodily Fluids.

(a)

For purposes of title 8 (commencing with section 7500) of part 3 of the Penal Code, section 1524.1 of the Penal Code and this chapter “bodily fluids” capable of transmitting HIV are:

Body fluids containing visible blood
