22 CCR 40601
§ 40601. Adequate Notice. Adequate notice means written notice of the adverse action, the reasons for it, the effective date and the procedure for requesting an appeal. Such notice shall be mailed no less than fifteen (15) days in advance of the effective date of the adverse action.
