§ 40539. Request for Proposals.
(a)
Proposals shall be requested by the Director on a form to be provided by the Department for grants on a continuous basis without regard to fiscal year.
(b)
Eligible applicants shall be required to submit proposals indicating the following:
(1)
Total grant amount requested.
(2)
Proposed use of funds.
(3)
Total length of time needed for grant support.
