§ 111450. Record Retention. All closed Title IV-D case records shall be retained for four years and four months from the date of case closure, except case records that are the subject of any of the following, which shall be retained until the closure of:
(a)
An open federal or State audit.
(b)
A pending civil litigation, or a court order requiring such records be maintained for an extended period.
