§ 111230. Approval of Local Plan of Cooperation.
(a)
A local child support agency shall submit any Local Plan of Cooperation to the Department for review and approval.
(1)
Within 60 days of receipt of a Local Plan of Cooperation from the local child support agency, the Department shall either approve the Local Plan of Cooperation or notify the agency that the Local Plan of Cooperation is denied.
(2)
If the Department fails to respond in writing within 60 days of receipt of a Local Plan of Cooperation, the Local Plan of Cooperation shall be deemed approved.
(3)
If the local child support agency is notified that the Local Plan of Cooperation is denied, the agency may submit a revised Local Plan of Cooperation to the Department for further consideration.
(b)
The Department shall review a Local Plan of Cooperation for appropriateness, necessity, and cost reasonableness.
(c)
Costs associated with a Local Plan of Cooperation must be approved as part of the budget process.
