§ 110068. Assets. “Assets” include, but are not limited to, the following:
(a)
Cash on hand, money in checking or savings account, savings certificates, stocks or bonds.
(b)
All other property, real or personal, excluding the applicant's primary residence and one vehicle used for transportation.
