§ 1053-1. Reserve Account--Reacquisition by Predecessor. In the event application for transfer of reserve account is not made by the successor within the 90-day period provided for in Section 1051 of the code, the predecessor upon reentering business may reacquire that portion of the reserve account not transferred to the successor upon making proper application after said 90-day period but prior to the cancellation of the reserve account as provided in Section 1029 of the code.
