Child Care Center for Mildly Ill Children--Drinking Water.

(a)

Notwithstanding Section 101239.2, the following shall apply:

(b)

Each child shall use a cup or bottle labeled with his/her name, or a single-use disposable cup.

(c)

Drinking water from a noncontaminating fixture or container shall be readily available to children both indoors and in the outdoor activity area.

(d)

Each child shall be free to drink water as he/she wishes unless it is not appropriate because of the nature of the child's illness.
