§ 101616.8. Child Care Center for Mildly Ill Children--Staffing for Water Activities.
(a)
Notwithstanding Section 101216.6, the following shall apply:
(b)
Water activities in or near any of the following bodies of water shall not be permitted in a child care center for mildly ill children:
(1)
Swimming pool.
(2)
Any portable pool or wading pool, no matter how shallow.
(3)
Potentially dangerous natural bodies of water including, but not limited to, oceans, lakes, rivers and streams.
