§ 101163. False Claims.
(a)
No licensee, officer or employee of a licensee shall make or disseminate any false or misleading statement regarding the child care center or any of the services provided by the center.
(b)
No licensee, officer or employee of a licensee shall alter a license, or disseminate an altered license.
