Confidentiality.

(a)

All matters set forth in Section 6254(q) of the Government Code including but not limited to the contract negotiations of the executive director, contract recommendations, and deliberations of the commission relating to contract approval or disapproval as set forth in these regulations and recommendations of the Department of Finance or Department of Health Services to the commission, shall be confidential, and considered by the commission in closed session.
