§ 100521. Waiver of Review. When the commission has disapproved a contract pursuant to Section 100519, it may, at its option, waive review of the contract renegotiated in accordance with its specified conditions. Such conditions, to the extent they limit or direct the executive director's negotiations, shall be confidential.
