§ 10021. Priority for Services for Eligible Participants. Priority for services for eligible participants shall be given to persons who are most recently displaced homemakers, who have spent the greatest number of years working solely as a homemaker, who have the most severe social or economic circumstances, and who can most benefit from the services offered by the Displaced Homemaker Center.
