§ 100156.10. Pediatric Receiving Center (PedRC). “Pediatric Receiving Center” or “PedRC” means a licensed general acute care hospital with, at a minimum, a permit for standby, basic, or comprehensive emergency services that has been formally designated by the LEMSA as a basic, general, advanced, or comprehensive PedRC pursuant to Article 5 of this subchapter.
