§ 100156.04. National Pediatric Readiness Project. “National Pediatric Readiness Project” is led by the national EMSC Program in partnership with medical professional organizations involved in pediatric care, such as the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American College of Emergency Physicians, and the Emergency Nurses Association, and exists to empower and provide guidance to emergency departments to improve their capability to provide high-quality care for children, also known as being “pediatric ready.”
