Stroke Critical Care System Plan Updates.

(a)

For Stroke critical care systems approved by the Emergency Medical Services Authority (EMSA), the local EMS agency (LEMSA) shall complete the Annual Stroke Critical Care System Plan Update Template (Rev. 11/2025), incorporated by reference, and include it as part of its annual EMS Plan update. The stroke critical care system plan update shall include any changes to the stroke critical care system since submission of the stroke critical care system plan described in Section 100151.03 of this article or prior stroke system plan update, as applicable. As part of its review of the LEMSA's EMS plan, EMSA will review the stroke critical care system status plan to ensure the plan's ongoing effectiveness in meeting the needs of the stroke critical care system.

(b)

Public Notice Requirement. The LEMSA shall share the approved stroke critical care system plan update on its website, as part of its most recently approved local EMS plan.
