§ 100135.05. Advertising Restrictions. Unless it has been so designated by a local emergency medical services agency (LEMSA) in accordance with this chapter:

(a)

No health care facility shall advertise in any manner or otherwise hold itself out to be designated as a:

(1)

Trauma center, pediatric trauma receiving center, or trauma receiving hospital;

(2)

ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) receiving center;

(3)

Stroke center; or

(4)

Pediatric receiving center (PedRC).

(b)

No provider of prehospital care shall advertise in any manner or otherwise hold itself out to be affiliated with a:

(1)

Trauma care system;

(2)

STEMI critical care system;

(3)

Stroke critical care system; or

(4)

Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) program.
