§ 100109.01. Development of Local Policies and Procedures. Each Relevant Employer, Certifying Entity and LEMSA shall develop and adopt policies and procedures for local implementation of the provisions of this Chapter. All local policies and procedures so adopted must be in accordance with these provisions and must address all of the requirements of this Chapter, as applicable.
