§ 100105.04. Disciplinary Cause. For the purposes of this Chapter, “Disciplinary Cause” means an act that is substantially related to the qualifications, functions, and duties of an EMT and/or Advanced EMT and is evidence of a threat to the public health and safety, per Health and Safety Code Section 1798.200.
