§ 100077.08. Application of Regulations to Existing AEMT Training Programs. All AEMT training programs in operation prior to the effective date of these regulations shall submit evidence of compliance with this Chapter to the Advanced EMT Approving Authority for the county in which they are located within six (6) months after the effective date of these regulations. AEMT training programs that do not submit the information, as required by this section, shall not be approved as an Advanced EMT Training Program.
