§ 100065.05. Emergency Medical Technician. “Emergency Medical Technician,” “EMT-Basic” or “EMT” means a person who has successfully completed an EMT course that meets the requirements of this Chapter, has passed all required tests, and has been certified by a California EMT certifying entity.
