§ 10006. Gainfully Employed. “Gainfully employed” means that within the preceding 30 days before application for services, the displaced homemaker has met either of the following standards:
(a)
Worked more than an average of 20 hours per week.
(b)
Earned more than 50 percent of the applicable minimum wage had the displaced homemaker been working full time during that 30-day period.
