§ 100023. Application of Chapter to School Bus Drivers. All school bus drivers shall demonstrate proficiency in first aid practices by successfully completing in accordance with pre-established standards, a competency based written examination administered by the California Highway Patrol, in addition to any other requirement for a school bus driver's certificate.
