§ 100019.03. Essential Skills Practice and Evaluation. The pediatric first aid and CPR training program shall include practice and evaluation of the following skills:
(a)
Primary assessment, including management of suspected head and neck injuries.
(b)
Care for pediatric choking victims, both conscious and unconscious.
(c)
Control of bleeding.
(d)
Splinting and care for fractures, sprains, strains and dislocated joints.
(e)
Pediatric CPR.
(f)
Pediatric rescue breathing.
