§ 100007.05. Oversight and Accountability.
(a)
EMSA may audit any recipient of grant funding, based on identified risks, compliance concerns to verify the appropriate use of funds, to ensure funds are used in accordance with approved applications and applicable requirements of this Chapter;
(b)
Misuse of funds or failure to comply with reporting requirements may result in:
(1)
Requirement to return funds;
(2)
Disqualification from future support programs;
(3)
Referral to the appropriate oversight entity.
