§ 100007.03. Technical Assistance Program.
(a)
EMSA shall establish and maintain a technical assistance program to support eligible small rural hospitals and volunteer EMS transport provider agencies in meeting the requirements of Section 1797.120.5, including:
(1)
Implementation of electronic signature systems;
(2)
Integration with CEMSIS;
(3)
Deployment of the audit tool.
(b)
Requests for technical assistance must be submitted using Form EMSA-TA-Request-1 (Rev. 03/2026), which is incorporated by reference.
