§ 100002.12. Emergency Department Medical Personnel. “Emergency department medical personnel” or “hospital staff,” for the purposes of this Chapter, means a staff member of a GACH with an emergency department, such as a physician, mid-level practitioner, or registered nurse, authorized by the GACH to communicate with EMS personnel and receive transfer of care of EMS patients.
