§ 100002.03. Ambulance Patient Offload Time (APOT) Reduction Protocol. “Ambulance patient offload time reduction protocol” or “APOT reduction protocol” is a protocol developed by a GACH with an emergency department pursuant to Section 1797.120.6 of the Health and Safety Code that identifies specific criteria for activation of the protocol and contains actionable steps to decrease APOD as described in Section 100005.01 of this Chapter.
